Also, there is a white bar that appears under the footer. My guess is your CSS isn't valid or you miscalculated the margins/paddings. I'm using Firefox, by the way.

Nice man, I like the loading bar on the flash. One suggestion, is not to do the content area in frames because not every browser can support them.

And about the main text, I think it would look more professional if you align it to the left instead of centering it, leaving a little margin.

I like the overall look of the site, one thing that is itching my eye
is the logo, that bevel effect on the small grey type just doesn't fit in.
Yeah try to change that when I got the time for it
I agree about that, I'm not sure about the header text.
And about the main text, I think it would look more professional if you align it to the left instead of centering it, leaving a little margin.
The new "version" would be a bit different no frames and maybe left text align as you said
