Just put together a site for the local chapter of the SAFE association down here in socal (it's just a homepage at the moment):

http://www.genesisex...templates/safe/

I haven't coded anything in a while so I figured this would be a good refresher in html/css

Here's the groups main site as a reference:
http://safeassociation.com/

Anyways, id appreciate any critiques/comments you might have :)

Big improvement on the old design.

An obvious improvement over the original site, but my only complaint is that I wish the gradient behind the plane's wing wasn't such a harsh blue. I like the blue in the logo, that color is very pleasing. I just find the dark blue to be a bit too much for my liking. Otherwise, great design! I love the button turning blue when you mouseover a navigation button, very subtle yet effective. Good job.

I agree with Mark, that blue is way too blue.

If I can get into detail a little, I sense a little inconsistency in your design. There's quite a lot of different fonts in different colours and sizes already, and somehow the top part (above the blue) doesn't seem to match the bottom part. They're both allright, but the bottom part looks kind of boring while the top part looks really neat. Maybe you could use the horizontal rule from upstairs somewhere down there?
