do you mean on your local machine?

http://www.easyphp.org/?lang=en

Easy PHP installs php, mysql, phpmyadmin and apache all for you in an auto-installer, i'm a long time user, works perfect for me

if you cant get that to work and you are just doing this for local testing try installign some called "phpdev" It comes with everything nicely installed in a easy to install exe file. It comes with apache, php (not sure which version), MySQL, and a couple of other things to get you started! It also automaticly configures your system for security that way otheres can not access your webserver. ONLY YOU!

I am also looking at new programs for local testing soon. Once I get a new hard drive that is.
