Create Flash Photo Slideshow with Ken & Burn Effect

Now, there is an easy way to use the famous ken & burn (pan/zoom) effect to create photo slideshow.You just need digital photos. We will show you to make a simple slideshow using a famous ken & burn (pan/zoom)effect.

 

Step 1

Download and Run IncrediShow from here

Step 2

From startup menu, select "Create an empty project" and click "OK" button.

Incredishow will show a window to choose the dimension of the project. For this project,We use a Small Desktop Size. Click "OK" button.

Step 3

To start adding photos to your project, click any of the empty thumbnail at the ProjectTimeline (bottom) with the text saying "Click to Add Photos".

A photo file browser window will appear. Click to select a photo. To select more than one photo, simply holdcontrol button while clicking. Click Open to start adding selected photos into your project.Once you finish adding photos, you will see at the Project Timeline that a slide is created for each photo.

Step 4

Now we will add a motion effect on each slide image.
First, click on slide 1 thumbnail to select. Then, click on the Motion Effect button at the BGround Tab.

A motion effect editing window will appear. It is very easy to use thisfunctionality. A motion effect consist of start and stop motionparameters.For each parameter you can set the PanX, PanY, Zoom and Rotation.Basically what it does is the photo will start showing with the starteffect parametersand slowly animated towards end effect parameters. If you set yourZoom at start effect at 200% and Zoom at end effect at 100%,the photo will start with 2x larger than its original size and slowlybecoming smaller until exactly 100% of its original size at the end ofthe motion effect animation.You can adjust the motion effect duration by typing it into the effectduration textbox.For now, lets make the photo to zoom in slowly by entering the Zoom atstart motion parameter to 120%, effect duration to 6 seconds to make itplay longer,click Apply random motion effect to all pages then press OK button toclose the window.

Now, all slides have motion effect.

Step 5

You can play the slideshow by pressing the Play button at the Main Toolbar.
