Ruffed Grouse.

Its a bird you can find in the mountains around here. Not the most colorful bird, but it was neat to see it. It was on the move and didnt want me to shoot any pictures. I got lucky when it stopped for about 10 seconds watching me and so I started shooting and this one was proble the neatest one. Enjoy Everyone!

Very nice :) It's quite hard to get a bird to pose the way you want it to :P but this turned out nice :D

where did you say you're from? it looks mostly like a chicken to me...hehe or some other alien life form that i haven't seen yet...good pic :P
