visual aspect doesnt necessarily mean just graphics - theres the layout, colour scheming, css...

Jay coded this site... My roles here include all the graphics you see, making templates for Jay to use as a reference, answering all the emails, approving tuts and content, developing the site and marketing us, SEO, planning new features, contests etc... It keeps me busy
