As far as the really white background, it is white poster board. I made a small background prop so I could take some different photos with.
There is no photoshoping in these.
Not totally sure I know what your talking about Syndrome. If you give a little more detail that would help.how did you get the corn like that?

Its not a stupid question. The reason why its different colors is because its called Indian corn. Indian corn comes in solid colors along with tons of different colors. These happen to be miniature Indian corns. They are all dried out.Maybe it's just me being stupid but how come its all different colours?
Indian corn is mostly used for decoration, because of the neat looking colors. This was a great question, because not everyone knows stuff like this. I hope this helps.

I miss having seasons. Down here in Florida you just get really cold weather during winter.
If anything, I love the fall season.
I enjoy your fall art, Jason. It really brings back memories of Thanksgiving down on my grand-parents farm in Missouri. What I would give to go back and re-visit that quiet little farm house... It makes me depressed sometimes... But either way, great photographs and style!
