hdgdgdgno one is allowed in system32 on any computer
Try making a quick temp account on your computer logon to that one and see if it happens to all accounts or just yours.
Everyone who isnt on a limited account has access to system32.
Dell Tech Support is very bad and not helpful at all. The percentage of bad customer help increased by 5% this year.Same thing happened to me a while ago, my computer was already in a downward spiral at that point, so it just ended in a computer formatting. Never figured out the problem. IF you have a dell you can call tech support, they are usually really helpful.

Check for adware/spyware again (after updating whatever s/w you use)
That should fix the problem
Did you try a search in google? There are a lot of ppl who have faced this problem before - And in almost all cases, it was due to viruses/spyware
