Glass Effect

I'm looking to achieve a "behind the glass" kinda effect on my banner. Kind of like a plastic glass that sticks out a litte bit. You know like some tv screens, they kind of curve in the middle.

maybe show us an example?

if i think i know what you're talking about, then ps 7 and below would be able to just use their 3d effects and create that pretty easy.

I didn't mean you dude its just you were the only one that posted at that time and i was kind of anxious. And sorry dudes thats not what I need i don't know if there is a tut or something out there like this. http://www.flashdesigner.ru/ that's what i'm going for. That effect just involves using the Eliptical marquee and filling it with white then adjusting the transparency.
