I am currently trying to make a web template but i was wondering about this :

Say i see i premium template i like and totally recreate it in photoshop by myself will i be able to use it for my personal use and treated like mine. Just want to make sure.. Thx

as long as you do not steal any of the gfx whatsoever, I do not see a problem wtih it.
