Hi all

I have PS CS and wondered if there was a freeware plugin that does much the
same as the edit>transform>warp function in CS2.
I have a tattoo that I want to curve around a model's back but I can't get
it looking just right with the tools I have.

You could use the Liquify filter. It essentially does the same thing, but more.
