Ok so i JUST got PS CS. I am a first time user.

Is there anything specific you guys recocmmend that i read up on here?

I would like to eventually be able to make some nice templates for webpages using custom artwork....like i saw a site, and after looking for about 20 mintes i cant find it now...but a few days ago on the home page, someone had submitted a few tutorials, and their homepage had what looked like something underwater (as in the abyss or something), and some kind of a layered wavy effect over it, so it actually looked like real water moving on the screen. I wish i could find it.

I also want to do the simple stuff you guys probably take for granted like cropping specific parts of images onto others and making custom text to match an existing text <a href="http://www.allyourba...tous.com/">like in the latter part of this short movie here</a>
