in l.a i guess the 2 biggest ones are "whats up" or "whats crackin"... along with a name for someone .. like.. "G", "boi", "dawg", "homeboy".. damn.. so many....

"yo wats up my nigga"... just make sure that if your white you never say that phrase! :)

Here in Norway, we usually just say "Hei" or "Hallo".

In scotland it's usually "awite" but all slurred so it soujnds kinda like a mumble :blush:

If you're formal, yeah. But normally you don't say "Hej" to people you already know. "Tjena" or "Hallå" is more commonly used.
