C4D, transparancy in ps CS

I get alot of people asking how to get a transparant bg from C4D to ps CS. I've got ps7 so np for me but I am wondering how to export a transparant bg to CS.
Can anyone help?

dont quote me on this cause i use lightwave not C4D but if you render your image with an alpha channel you can later drop it in PS. I think if you save the render as a Tiff 32 it should create an alpha channel that you can drop out. hope that helped at least a lil.

OMG the horse is moving! Quick beat it some more! :D Everyone got so confused in using alpha channels between the different versions of PS and different versions of c4d so i just made a tutorial to cheat your way around it and get a perfect cut of your object on its own layer every time. How to set up and cut your renders easily Easy to follow flash video with both versions xl7 and r8 of cd4...
