Does anyone have any idea why Google won't accept my site into the adsense program? What am I doing wrong?

domain name or its extension is not a problem, maybe your domain is blacklisted

its probably not your particular subdomain, but the entire domain of us.to. You should really think about getting a real domain. They are pretty cheap and if you are planning to take your services professional you will probabaly end up moving to a real domain in the forseeable future.
