Bens is best by far still.. It has that professional/calm look about it..
A little reflection and it would look great! (greater)

Soldier, not meaning to put a dampener on your enthusiasm but you should refrain from making absolute statements in other people's competitions. 'I think....' might be a lot fairer on others who put work in, while still encouraging your friend?
Ben's logo is very nice, but it's also very stylised and hearkens back to medical packaging circa 1998-2001. In the last five years or so, medical design has become a lot more commercial while still having some audience-relevant touches (ie. pill colourings and high contrast label/packaging designs). If the website is to be a more medical-oriented one than a support organisation, then the white/orange design on black might be better branding and better targeting.
Ben - your work would look a lot better if you stopped cranking the jpeg compression right up - why don't you consider exporting in the 90-100 range on save for web? You can always watermark it if you don't want it stolen! Nice 'feminine' design - what's your take on the gender perception of your logo? And would it change if you used different fonts? (nice pairing though)
Just my $2,
