I know you were going for simple, but I think that's a little too simple! lol.

Maybe add some color to your title.

Wow that IS very simple, are my eyes playing tricks on me or is that a very slight gradient at the top?

I think ti actually looks really good. I would say perhaps make the gradient a tiny bit bigger ( its hard to see) apart from that i really like the simplicity

you could change the color of your title, so it will be different of the rest text
needs more work at the typography too, use more then normal arial, simple/minimalistic doesn't need to be boring
also, you should fix this:
http://fynn.awardspa.../background.jpg
the image is 45px weight, while you just need a 1px wwight image for that. In my opinion, the wabsite would be better without the top gradient, it's too common to see a fade out light-gray with a 1px #FFF line at the top

Aw I see you improved since the last time I viewed your work. Remember me, Zenom, from Hye Design & ZenomGT...Yes it is I.

Here is a word of advice all designers should know.

Whats beauty to you, is not to others.

As one who knows designing and coding, I can say, yes your site is very nicely designed. It really looks like you spent time and energy thinking about what to construct.

Now in the eyes of the average web surfer, they see a bland site. They dont see the creativity. All they see is a dull page. They assume the site was created in less than 5 minutes since it looks so simple.

Do you get it?

^ Very Correct, if you've ever watched someone thats not a designer browse the web, or ask them how 1 site compares to the other. Very weird results indeed.

  • ajax drop downs (click to read more information type of concepts)
  • Shape design (makes your site more unique. check example @syntex)

True, but we're just giving him small tips that will please the majority of viewers.

I think it looks fine without borders.
Ajax isn't necessary.

Make the entire contact area in a box. there is one section missing.

Shape design (makes your site more unique. check example @syntex)

shape design makes you use iframes
if Dh has a simplistic style, that's how his website must look, so a client looking for simple and objective webdesign will think of hiring him.

Make a more appealing header...having just the logo is too blah, add some fancy lines or something lol. BUT make sure they aren't black! or white! It looks nice but needs more at the top of the page.
