I was just wondering if sound can be added in swift 3d or what’s the best way to add sound without making the quality go down too much?

what do you mean by sound?
As in having a soundtrack/sound effects?
if so, just export the video, then import it into an editing program, anything will do, Windows movie maker, iMovie, premiere, After effects, Final Cut, wtv, then just add the sound in there

Swift 3d is for use in flash, so import your file into flash and add sound.
See http://www.pixel2lif..._flash/sound/1/ for tutorials on adding sound to flash.
