You know how bars that move to the beat of music. Anyone know of a good tutorial site to do them in .gif? With no music.
Anyone know a tutorial for that or...? Any help? Thanks

Something like that you might look into applet, flash or similar interface. Refreshing the page just to update the bars is not a way to go
, even with gif files. Or are you talking about media gif files (multiple gif files in 1).

It is impossible unless you painstakinly sync the sound with the gif. Gifs do not support sound nor will they have the capacity to sync with the music (again, unless you do it by hand).
The bars will simply go up and down at random, but i have not yet found a tutorial for it.
Try to explore! It wouldnt be hard, just make a box, hallow it, add some bars, and each frame from them 1px up or down.
