Hi,
recently the company I work for issued a small website to a freelancer. This guy put a 8844px (!!!) image in the library and put that on the stage.
Now when I compile it so swf, all I can see is a red colored background.
Now When I open the library I can see the full image in Flash, but when trying to edit it, I can't because I didn't get the JPG image seperatly, just the .fla
Also, I can't export it using File>Export>Export as Image seeing as my stage is not allowed to be that big..
Any way I can avoid it from showing a red background? Or just export the image I can see in Flash.
The only remedy I found is taking printscreens, wich highly affects the image quality...
thanks
Bart

Solved!
I'll quickly explain, in case somebody needs it
Flash can't display huge pictures from the library (limit is around 5000 pixels)
I split up the picture (in photoshop) in 1500px sliced, then put em together in a movieclip (or 3, since the stage in Flash doesn't go that far :-))
It worked after that!
