i no how to convert a regular layout to html but not a vbulletin skin to html, i have all the images sliced already just need them coded

There are lots of companys that will do this for you. However it will set you back a few hundred dollars.

You need to know you way around Vbulletins code, I actually find Vb easier to skin then most other forum software.
