I've been looking on the forum for hours trying to find a tutorial that could teach me how to do this effect. I'm not having any lucky. I want to learn how to do the color blending and the texture. Thanks!

Are you decent with photoshop?
Its just a black/whtie striper pattern set to soft light
Then a new layer made seto to soft light, or maybe color (then dropped the opacity) and brushred on colors with a big soft brush.
