Hey everyone I am new to this and I wanted to know how to make this in Photoshop. Here is a general picture of what i want it to look like.

Create a document about that size, set background to black.

create new layer

select a 150px-200px sized brush

choose a color and spray once somewhere on the canvas

select a new color and brush somewhere near your first blotch.

repeat this until you have the color you want

now make sure you have the layer selected with the brush marks you just made, then go to filter>blur>gaussian blur. select the preview box and add enough blur so it looks like that image you posted.

now select a "pixel font" and using white text type out whatever you want on the image. Now set the text layer to "overlay"..and you should have the same effect as the one shown in the picture you posted.



That's probably how I would go about doing it. Hope that helps.
