As far as I know you can, just send in your app. and it'll be reviewed by staff.Can i apply now? I won't be writing many tutorials maybe once a week until after next month because of exams, but i can show my tutorials that i've written ect..

PM your old details to Jay, the email and name you used on the application along with your current username you use on Pixel2life.What if you already aplied and got denied, but since then we got alot better can we re-apply?
So he can check why you were denied.

Since then I have learned how to do much better things, and have been one the the sig masters on another forum(i'm not as good as everyone on this forum, but have learned much from it.

They don't need anyone to do sigs, I have already replied to you, the correct way to go about this.he denied me because I wasn't good enough then!
