All you have to do is take it out using the lasso tool, it's pretty srtaight forward mate.

For example like this picture above... A lot of people seem to use that font and Im wondering how to get it. [Where can you download it? and where do you put it so you can have THAT font available in PHOTOSHOP?]

This font is a pixelfont. Search in dafont.
Then you put the font in c:/windows/fonts/ or equivalent.

Now many players there have a user bar (but a little higher), and in that userbar they have somehow a link to a database, cos in it is information bout there total kills, battle rank, command rank, amount of facilities hacked etc.
So my question is how do you implement code in these userbars?

Thats done with php code, you should search at google for 'gd library'.
