I think u deleted my post before, so i wont repost the link, but I was wondering. If we made a skin like that can we submit it to here and winamp.com? if not thats fine. I was just curious.

You can't submit it to winamp as your entry may be placed for download within the P2L resource centre.

Could it be a fourm skin? Like an IF one or something like that?

No, it has to be something that can be offered as a download in the P2L Resource Center. Due to copyright reasons, a template can't be offered.

As long as it is used for this contest ONLY and for no other media outside of this scope, yes. :)

Don't think you have enough material to do a twodded related entry yet as you don't know what it will look like, so you cant use a color scheme :)
