the font for most of it is too big, i know your going for usuability etc. but you might wanna scale it down
also, why an orange+dark blue logo if its a pale light blue/white website?
just a few things for you to look at

Jay, I know there's something off about this one, it's not quite to my tastes either... I'm thinking I'll make one that's a little more bright with more of a modern twist

I've created a new template, and despite the advice of everyone I spoke to, have changed the color scheme. I love the new scheme that includes both neutrals and a splash of color to invigorate the senses.
At the moment I'm stuck as to what to do with the two content boxes, but I'm sure I'll find something to fill them. I'm really liking the new layout which maintains the clean style that I prefer, but has a more modern feel to it.
Let me know what you think, the file is in PNG form because without slicing some of the gradients were choppy when the quality was reduced, so it's about 185kb.
Edit: I'm aware that the watermark in the very top left isn't centered properly in the bar, I've fixed it but don't see the point in uploading a new image for such a minor change

Although, the copyright text on the bottom is a little hard to read.
