Vectorized Celebs

I made it totally using the pen tool. And I know the hair looks pretty bad, but that is because in doing this, hair is the hardest thing to do, and this is my first time doing something like this.
Took me about 3 hours in total.
After about 6 hours work with the pen tool, (yes, the pen tool, ), I finished vectorizing Jennifer Aniston. I am quite pleased with the outcome, even though the hair is still kinda iffy.

Try to make bit more shades on the skin, so it looks more realistic, get rid of those hardedges.
Definately a good job!!

edit: Also, you need to use your imagination to fill in the gaps more, it just look weird when you do what the image look exactly like, its better to do what you think would look good.

Who are you too judge whether I am good or not? Are you a graphical genious? I think notI don't understand why you would want her to teach you, she's not very good herself, those need ALOT of work, it look like you just posterized the images and then penned tooled the line it gave you. Or worse, you used the cutout filter and then took a pen tool to it. You need to smooth the lines on the hair more and not have the ridiculous amount of line shades you have. I suppose there ok for your first time though.

And they DID take ALOT of work.
Ever thought that EVERYONE HAS TO START SOMEWHERE? That I probably will improve in time.
I am learning everytime I start working on something new. I am learning to vary from the main image. I was only using the main image because it's easier to start. For example, if you had never swam before, would you just jump in at the deep end? No, because you wouldn't know what to do.
And I didn't use a cutout. I only used a posterize for the hair, because it makes it easier to define for me.
Thank you everyone else for their comments.
