Im pretty sure he did something like:
- Make 1 torus
- Array 5 of them around the original
- Group them, and ad a bend deform
- Dupe it and change the other bend settings
- Add a depth camera or change the depth of feild
Ill see if i can make a tut of it later if i can get something like that.
