Hi all
I'm wondering how can I import a poser scene into 3D studio max 8?
I need to import the actual base figure (it doesn't have to be posable in Max), it's textures and morphs, it's hair figure, and it's pose.
The farthest I've gotten so far is exporting the figure as an OBJ, and importing it into max. It imports just fine, but it doesn't have a texture (or eyeballs), and when I zoom in on it in max, it disappears but renders just fine.
I've tried the GestureMax plugin, but it didn't work.
Thanks if anyone can help!

You can buy a plug-in from Daz3D that imports all objects from a poser model, even the bones for animation.

but theres also plugin for 3dsmax, to import the poser .cr file instead of converting poser --> fbx format.
will look for it.

Angel the Daz stuff is damn good. I bought their plugin for Maya and I have also bought a lot of their Poser packs as well. Excellent stuff. Some is a little pricey, but worth it really when you see the time you save.
