My high school Web Design students found this tutorial and wanted to try it during our last week of school. They got to the end of page three where it says it should play the music and it did not. After looking at the code I did not see anything that connected the Flash file to the XML file they created in Dreamweaver. All files were saved in the same folder and the song names were correctly modfied to match what they had. They have one more day and are eager to get this to work. They are working on either Flash MX 2004 or Flash 8.

I am able to get this player to work perfectly, but for some reason, when refreshing the page, the player starts on a different song randomly instead of starting from the beginning each refresh. Why is it not starting from the first song?

The example have a little spelling error on a variable.
On this part of the code, the var songfile, is misspelled songfiles, delete de "s" and the example works.
