Winter is the season to enjoy lazy afternoons on the couch with a cup of Earl Grey in hand. For many of us, the colder weather and shorter days trigger a need for hibernation, and finding coach handbags, the motivation to follow more active pursuits can sometimes require a double dose of will power. Winter forces me to become more intentional about exactly when or where I will run. I'm a big fan of the great outdoors, so I try to avoid the treadmill at practically any cost. It makes me feel a little too much like a gerbil on the exercise wheel. This means I end coach outlet, up doing a lot coach online of morning runs in winter in order to catch daylight before work, or find well-lit areas to run in at night. In the morning when I'm so cozy in bed it can be hard to muster the motivation to get up, but I'm always glad I did it once I'm out the door. Running on a crisp winter morning is an invigorating way to start the day. Winter is a time when my teammates and I tend to supplement our running with more cross-training. Many of us are only seasonal gym-goers, flocking to the gym in January to stay warm and make the most of the New Year's resolution deals that many gyms offer. This is when we get most active with spin classes and more adventurous options like step class or Zumba. Many of my teammates ed hardy end up running their miles side by side on treadmills.
