nice stuff chrillen... looks dam fast :D dont rudders normally have horizontal bits as well ??
also i notice you have some freakyness going on on the front cone, is it in a phong shader... and if it is u might want to select the object and go

Hi guys, all lookin good so far. Wasn't gonna enter this competition as life is mucho busy at the mo (Just moved into a new house and spending most of my days presenting to people in suits who like to pretend they know what I'm talking about), but had a few spare hours yesterday so decided to give it a shot.

Not really happy with it, it was meant to be an unpopular cartoon character, but turned into his slightly deformed brother.

Also made a little animation to go with it, it's in DivX 5 format (Apologies about the quality).

Canary the disabled helicopter

Better get back to convincing rich people that we aren't on the verge of bankruptcy.

CKristian - Cheers mate

Chrillen - Yeah didn't want to do the whole 'copyright infringement' thing, altho I doubt they'd mind. Doesn't exactly look like a canary (not that budgie looked like a budgie), just the first thing that came to mind (The logic of a drunk :g[1]: ).

Cephas - Mmmmmaybe, never liked the show meself! Although I'm sure there was one Pippa.

Avalanche - Used finalToon, although you should be able to get the same effect with the built-in toon texture (actually started with that one, but didn't like the effect and it took much longer to render).
