Would I be able ot request a forum skin here, for IPB 2.0.x free?

If I cannot do a request like this, then delete it. If it is in the wrong category / forum then move it to the correct one.

PS: I am hoping to get a reseller, if I do, I will use some of that cash to payback the maker of the skin.
