What do you of my design for this version?
Pimpmygoogle, is just a personal website, with a community forum.
PIMPMYGOOGLE - CLICK ME!
Also check out the forum skin I did to compliment my website.
(also I know that i used alot of images, but im currently studying CSS and find it difficult to use)
(I am also aware that my member login doesnt work yet on the main page - im installing an intergration for IPB at the mo)

hi gib
there are some slicing problems at the website, some of the images didn't need to be that way: when you set an image as background of a cell or div, you could make it load faster by using a 1px widht image and repeating just x for horizontal images and repeating y for vertical ones
also, I don't know why, but seems your page does not fit the screen correctly, even in 1024resolution, I can still scroll horizontaly a little bit.
apart from that, the website is very good and has no problems with contrast and organization

thanks for the advice myoto. As for the screen resolution. It appears perfectly in mine. The only page that doesnt is the index page. But thats because of the annoucement on the top for the forums. you got any screen shots?

Its nice but i dont see the point in added the v5 bit, it detracts from the site.
both the copyright image and the header image would look better without it.
the header image reads as Vs pimpmygoogle rather than v5 due to the font choice. and its irrelevent to the user what version your site is.

the v5 is there so people know that I have had 4 previous versions. I agree that it does look like VS tho. As for the irrelevence. I disagree. Sometimes it pays off to show the history of a website. IMO.
Thanks for comments, anymore?

I think its brilliant, although the header image just doesn't do it for me, i think it could be improved.
However i think a rollover of some sort on the navigation images would look brilliant. Other than those i like it, GJ

yes some people love the header and some dont. I guess its due to personal taste. Maybe in the future I will revisit that part. Thanks for the comments folks.

Pimpmygoogle has been renamed to www.floomo.com
I recently attempted to enroll to google adsense, but they said i would have to change my domain. So thats the reason for the change.
