Hmmm i wanted to make something like this but i don't know how ...

You know what sucks? That guy's been coding for 4 years when he made that.. I've been coding for 4 aswell and I can't even understand most of that..
Let's say it like this.. actionscripted animation is not just coding and it will run..
you need to have some kind of basic knowledge about physics, mathematics and a programming language.
If you don't have at least that, then it get's hard to learn it.. (not impossible)
Most people think they can learn AS just by reading some tutorials without having any background with a programming language.. I wish those people good luck
Working with flash since 1998 doing a lot of stuff mainly with AS, and still there are people around impressing me so far that I really have to look at the code for hours to really understand why they are doing it like that, just to mention one of them Eric Natzke, Yugo Nakamura, Craig Swaan I could go on with the list.. but yeh.. offtopic
Just wanted to say that there will be always some guy which does stuff that you don't understand at the first view

Well then.. you need to work through step by step and see what does what.. The Help file is sometimes very useful when doing this kind of work.
