I was following a tutorial and halfway through it says apply a light spectrum on soft light, now were do I find light spectrum,I'm using CS2 (not very well but trying.) T.I.A.

light spectrum on soft light? Soft light is a blending option, as light=color i guess they maby want you to add a solid gradient of some kind on a top layer and blend it using soft light. There is no "option" called light spectrum in photoshop as far as i know. Link to the tutorial would help to make us understand.
