it just looks like the paint brush tool to me... but you wont get it like that first time - it takes a bit of practice and some artistic talent - so stick at it.

Brushing and then smudge and blur tools. Thats mostly skill so get practicing :P

Look, you are asking for a tutorial on how to paint Mona Lisa... Okay maby not quite so extreme but the thing is the same, we could tell you how to hold the brush and witch brush to use. But when it comes down to doing it it's how good you are with the brush and similar tools witch determents the outcome.

Also the use of a tablet is almost a must have for making this in a effective manner but you could prob. do without even tougth it would be harder and more complicated involving the pentool and strokeing using paths.

Theres not a brush for that. lol, You might actually have to use the stock photoshop brushes :P.

You got a link to that picture where its bigger?

The only thing that isn't brushes on that is the text and the wrap around insets on the faded out tube things

If you cant already make that then its gonna be hard for you to :P

omg not everything is done on the computer. Get some pastals and some printer paper....then add the text ontop with photoshop.
