I have recently started development on a new tutorial site of mine, i would like to hear some feedback from the community here. :rolleyes:

Please note that we are purchasing a vBulletin license sometime next month and there will be a new theme introduced.

There isn't much to really say about it because it appears you just downloaded a theme. Also one thing that I don't care for is when a site is just a forum. It is nice to focus on a community, but for people to join it you need to have content and it simply looks nicer to have a main website in my opinion.
