okay, first things first, this is a ver quik one,
>make a new image 500px by 500px
> filter > render > clouds
> liquify ur image (shift+ctrl+x) use all the different liquify tools (swirl, blok etc) until u hav a fairly abstact image

>now that u hav that, filter > stylize > wind, use the settings: method-wind,direction- from the left
you should hav sumthin a bit like this:

> now, image > rotate canvas > 90 degrees CW
you'll end up with this, sumthin i think looks abit like sum kind of abstract cliff landscape or sumthin

u can use it on other stuff aswell, like this lightning thing i made

I'm not sure, If i see it as a landscape... maybe as something strange but in my eyes no landscape..

It looks more like abstarct lighting than anything else, I cant really see the a landscape
