Grab your gradient tool, set your foreground to #3295CC and your background to #217FBD then drag from the top of your canvas to the bottom. You will probabally not be able to see this effect, but its there
Ok, now make a new layer and grab a brush.. soft brush about 200PX now set your foreground to #82C2E2 and do a little dot at the top left hand corner of your image
Simple!

He means a low "Hardness" setting...in the main brush dropdown menu, where it says "Master Diameter" (or something like that) you should see "hardness" underneath that, set that way low...like, 0Edit: When you mean soft brush do you mean opacity at like 50 or do u mean mode soft light?

Hmm, I don't know why it wouldn't be there :/Do you guys have 7.0? Because thats what i'm using and hardness isnt under master diameter
Anyway just choose the brush that looks all blurry instead of the one that's a crisp circle. Also I suggest turning the "Flow" down to 50% or so too.

Poosay, if your still stuck... just use a big brush and then click Filter > Blue > Guassian blur - and that will solve the problem

I cant get the colour of the green right on the header text.
Is there an easier way to find out colours from images?
