Stage1

Select a picture off a car!!

i selected this.

Stage2

Select your Lasso Tool (L)

and select the places you want to change the color on your car..

This is how i did it.

Stage3

Now press on Image > adjustmens > Color balance
Or just press Ctrl+B

And change the Midtones to (+98 , +22 , -52 )
And change the Shadows to (+48 , +36 , -35 )
And change the Highlights to(+100, -9� , -44 )

Final
