yes, and then handed him over to iraqi authorities to put him on trial under new(?) iraqi laws.
although you wouldve thought the US would have made some effort to try get backward practices such as hanging and stoning to death written out of the law, wouldnt you?
suppose thats some of the pleasures of adhering to sharia law though eh?

Fact: PHP meant Personal Home Page at the beginning. It was then changed to HyperText Preprocessor (which makes more sense... lol)
