If you exercise daily you wont have trouble sleeping. Unless its a serious problem, like your afraid to go to sleep or something(classic phobia :))

I always struggle to sleep, and i am getting married next saturday, what are the chances of me sleeping the night before?

Very slim.

But you have to try, the longer you lay there, the more bored you'll get, and eventually you'll just drift off.

You know what else effects your sleep?

How much you do every day. If you sitaround all day, chances are sleep won't come until the early morning, but if you have a full day, get some work done(doesn't have to be physical, people get mentally tired too), you'll be tired by bedtime, trust me.

Another thing to watch is carb intake.

Both complex(starches) and simple(sugars) carbs tend to add to late nights. Remember, carbs are your body's preferred source of energy, so it'll use them up first. Simple carbs you can have plenty of not too late at night. But complex ones give you long term energy, so you could eat a bowl of spagetti and still be getting energy from it 4 or 5 hours later.

Seriously pillows rock
I never could sleep quite well, I usually ended up throwing my pillow away and sleeping without one, one day i had to wait in ikea for about an hour and started testing pillows. Next time to ikea I bought my new pillow and since i've been sleeping great :)

Hey i have a remedy you all can use! Get a metal frying pan, lay your head on your counter top, then smash your head with the frying pan until your out cold

You might have banging head ache when you wake up, but atleast you will have had some sleep :D

I like to go to bed about 5 in the morning after watching beyblade (never liked it before but its getting quite funny) and spamming Donna on here with PM's (being doing that the last few nights.

James
