Read a book. Instant sleep spell. Make sure you read it in bed with you holding the book up into the ceiling.

I know what it is, you dont want to go to sleep or your body doesnt because you feel like you are wasting your day away by sleeping and losing second after second, so you dont feel like sleeping, that is why : )

Before sleep, DO not drink TEA (Not coffee) second, no bath before sleep. These will result you hard to get sleep. Try some like MILK? :)

MILK yes, that might work...

Or art, of some sort, VIDEOGAMES!!

Something else that I haven't heard suggested, if you have trouble sleeping try flipping your mattress, it does wonders :)

Now THAT'S gotta hurt!
I once got so tired, I fell asleep on the floor like they do on the sims

Some nights, when I just can't sleep, I sit on a chair all night, reading, or, I play Quake3/UT2004/DFLW all night :P

Thats basically what I do but without the shower. I have an airconditioning unit in my room and I just freeze my self and go to sleep that way.
