MILK yes, that might work...Before sleep, DO not drink TEA (Not coffee) second, no bath before sleep. These will result you hard to get sleep. Try some like MILK?
Or art, of some sort, VIDEOGAMES!!

I'll feel really tired, but yet hyper at the same flippin time. You know how aggrevating that is.

My mattress its one you don't turn, you know those ones where you can jump all over them and the other person doesn't notice your on the bed.

Some nights, when I just can't sleep, I sit on a chair all night, reading, or, I play Quake3/UT2004/DFLW all night

LOL!I listen to music then i drop off eventually, but then the earphones fall out my ears and stick in my back. And if its not the earphones its the springs in the bed. BUt apart from that i sleep pretty well
Thats exactly what I do! Except once it went around my neck. lol
