It will remind you of the Blair Witch project in the way that it was filmed, if you get motion sickness don't sit too close, will remind you of a 5 year old with a camcorder and the way that the characters act, waste of money and movie goers booed it.

I'm gonna have to go see it. I never trust what I hear. Some movies are said to be great and the absolutely are a waist of my time and others are said to have sucked and I think they are the best ever made. I guess I will just have to see for myself :)

I saw it today. And wow, was I impressed. Iv been wanting to see it since it had no name months ago and it was worth the wait. I don't get how people don't like it. I guess some people just like streamline movies that are all the same. =/

How they used a camcorder was ingenious and it opened so many possibilities, and really brought you into the movie and feel like you really were witnessing the event. And the beginning really brought you into the lives of the people and worry for them.

And unlike the Blair Witch Project the story was a lot better.

Couldn't of said it better myself, I'm glad we went to see it rather than wasting my weekend like I usually do.

New Zealand gets it in the theatres before Aus.

Actually New Zealand gets it two days after Australia. I saw an ad for its release while I was over there.

You must have not seen the parts after the credits, and I LOVE movies that end like this one did. They leave you with this slightly insane feel.

Not out here in the UK until the 1st of February. Gained a very respectable 8.1 on IMDb so far: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1060277/

The blacked out text gives away the look of the creature, and also gives away what happens after the credits. I'll smack Elrohier for you. :)
