The new management at Serverseed have been hard at work fixing problems and helping all of their customers. My tickets are now being answered anywhere between 1 hour - 24 hours. Before, weeks could pass and still get no answer. As long as things keep steady and improve on ServerSeed's part, everything will be nice and agreeable on the client side.

I spoke to Ty a few hours ago and he told me that he and Bill and both attacking the pending ticket list and will actually be posting here to let everyone know what's been going on on his end. He just wants to get all the tickets squared before he comes in here and posts
Stu, if you want me to ask about your outstanding issues (or anyone else) please PM me the ticket numbers that you have not been answered on and I will see what I can do. The ticket numbers are in the subject line of the email you got confirming your ticket when you first reported it to their helpdesk.

Try resending one now that Bill is on the helpdesk. It's quite possible your old one was lost in the shuffle.

This is no way of doing business. Is he even doing serious business? I more and more start to believe Serverseed is just a side hobby project?!
As far as i know the stats on the zeta sever never worked.

I still haven't got any support, we're already kept in the dark for more than a month and the zeta server were a lot of us got transferred on is more down than up the past few days. Just like 1/2 of the other servers taking it from the status page btw.
Faken i pm'd you, got the confirmation message that my pm was sent, but the message did not appear in my sent list. I assume u never got it? Could u ask Tyler to have a look at my account (fsquad) please and that he'd finally inform us about what the hell is going on.
If u google for serverseed, the first google pages are full of complaint threads like this.
